I ordered a brand new door and side panels through A&G. I was very impressed by their customer service all the way through from customer ordering through to the excellent detailed installation team.
The order process was great as they showed me the various doors and panels and came to house to take the measurements and made the whole process very easy and enjoyable.
The fitting team were excellent as they came on time and took their time in the fitting and paid attention to detail. I was also extremely happy with quality of the door and side panels. This was a very good high quality purchase

Had the door fitted from them, must say they have excellent after sales service and I give this credit to Mr Singh Khalsa.. If he is handling your job, consider it as the work will be done at its bestest quality.. the most humble, polite and helpful person and gets the job done .. I will definitely recommend ..

Service was fine up to the point where I made the order. Service then was poor and actually rude to be honest. Ordered a very large mirror to be supplied, only to be informed once we paid the deposit and once the mirror was finished that I need to collect the mirror myself as the mirror is big and needs a van but they don't have vans available for us. This should have been clarified at the start as I'm just a customer and didn't expect for the company to let me know afterwards that I need to get a van myself to get the mirror. I'm now unaware of how to pick up such a large mirror now which is just

This company is an absolute fraud this is a complete bodge job, I asked for an exact match on my door but this is not the case. Look at these pictures and make a judgement for yourself and just to note the door was not even installed properly and was missing a spyhole. Old door is on the left and new is on the right! Make your own judgement.
