A Passivhaus building is highly insulated, draft free, and doesn't rely on eco-bling to call it sustainable. By focusing on getting the fabric right, we can deliver more comfort, better quality and typically 90% lower running costs, in any type of building. These may sound like obvious criteria, but the reality is very few buildings actually provide this, and even fewer can prove to perform as well as intended.
