Vertical Integration Architects is a UK chartered architectural practice established in 2014 part of the Vertical Integration Limited Group established in 2004. The practice grew organically by aligning its vision with those of its clients, focusing on creative solutions, professional services and committing to the idea of a team working alongside its clients and builders.
Mark is the founder and principal of Vertical Integration Architects.
With 30 years of creative and professional experience in the built environment, a strong academic and intellectual background and a masters in construction economics and management from the Bartlett school at UCL, Mark launched, Vertical Integration Limited in London, in 2004, and VI Architects in 2014, winning many local and international competitions and commissions on a variety of small to large projects in public and private sectors in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

New Build three-bedroom house on sensitive site, adjacent to Grade I listed church and Grade II* listed Church. Development of an existing petrol station and restaurant site opposite a Hawksmoor Church to Mixed-Use and Residential. Demolition of existing Victorian offices and construction of four high end residential units.
Refurbishment and fit out of a 5500sqm derelict 1960s Secondary School to provide accommodation for 450 secondary school students and 200 sixth form students. Commercial unit fit-out for Chelsea Fine Arts, offering a unique artists education studio together with retail space. Quad Design and VI were invited to make a submission for this limited competition to design a teaching facility of approximately 8500 sm.
SPEC stands for "Special Place to Eat Chicken" and is the brain child of a successful and dynamic restaurateur. A commercial outlet refurbished to accommodate an exclusive Italian delicatessen and coffee space in leafy Holland Park in London. Seafront comprehensive tourist development comprising of: Pier with shops and entertainment, Hotels, Apartments, Pools, Restaurants and Houses.
