We are doing more Electrical Installation Condition Reports as letting agents encourage landlords to do checks yearly or at change of tenancy. To ensure the landlord has demonstrated a "Duty of Care". We often replace the fuse-box with a new "17th edition" board. This addition of RCD protection is by far the most economic "improvement" a householder can do.
