I have used Russell black before, great service and honest! Today l phoned as l had problem with boiler. Told me the price and how long before someone came which was Just after 1 hour very reliable, The guy came promptly, fixed it quickly, no nonsense and l’m very happy. The office were very helpful on the phone. Will always use them now.

This is the second time I've used Russell Black and I will certainly be coming back to them when we do our next bathroom. I needed four items for the next morning for my builders to fit, and they managed to make it happen. They are super knowledgeable and helpful and their prices are competitive too. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

When my partner informed me that we needed a new bathroom cabinet, we got in touch with Anthony Levy at Russell Black. Not only did they have helpful staff and an excellent selection of cabinets to view in their showroom in Belmont circle, they were also extremely competitive on price. We settled on a HIB unit. Russell Black were extremely professional and organised the unit to be delivered and installed by one of their certified electricians who was fast, neat and courteous.
