Getting the best of both worlds is unusual, but Peter Gee and Steve Butcher learned their trade with one of the biggest - British Gas - and since 1989 they have offered a small business personalised service to the largest of projects. Having decided to launch their own business they had a number of aims, not least, being a successful and profitable enterprise.
Working closely with Jamie Forbert Architects and Fileturn Limited GB Heating provided the team and skills to install the building services. Selection of a range of ventilation and air conditioning plant and installation to provide a suitable working environment. Project co-ordination utilising a number of specialist trades required to service the contract.
Following an invitation to tender from GD Construction Ltd, GB Heating successfully secured the mechanical services installation at the above project. Working closely with the main contractor and SVM Consulting we have provided the team and skills to install the mechanical services in the refurbished ward for the Central & North West London Mental Health Unit.
Personally I found the company to be very reliable with a strong attention to detail, they are a very efficient organisation and delivered a first class service on budget, which meet with all our requirements. We have worked with GB Heating on various projects since 2005 with differing values from just over a quarter of a million pounds through to twenty five thousand pounds.
