We are also keen to promote heat from renewable sources i.e. Solar panels. We have fitted many solar panels to properties around the region giving hot water without the use of a boiler in the summer months. First Call Heating Ltd also offer a fantastic "Same Day" call out service and guaranteed repairs.
We have grown over the years, based on organic growth and the demands of our existing customers. We train and employ all our own engineers. As a company built on fully qualified staff, we find it essential to keep up and exceed industry standards and so we are members of Gas Safe (& Corgi) and the CIPHE (Chartered Institute of Plumbing & Heating Engineers) but most importantly we are Accredited Installers for Worcester.
The high efficiency condensing combi or combination boiler is an ingenious space-saving idea, and an increasingly popular choice in UK homes. In fact, combis now account for well over half of all the new domestic boilers installed in Britain every year. The major difference between a combi and any other type of boiler is that a combi eliminates the need to store hot water -- so no hot water cylinder in the airing cupboard.
If you are replacing an older model of boiler, the chances are that you will have a regular (conventional) boiler. A typical conventional system incorporates a boiler and extended controls, a feed and expansion cistern, and a hot water cylinder (usually in the airing cupboard) which is often fed by a cold water storage cistern located in the loft.

Excellent service and excellent value, I’m so glad I chose a local company to do this. We had a vented heating system, immersion and water tank removed and a combi installed, and it ended up being quite an involved job. At no point was this suggested to be a problem, Callum just got on with it until the job was finished. Really neat and tidy installation and we’re so pleased with it. Would highly recommend!

Brilliantly professional and prompt, my father switched to them from British gas after the recent issues they have had with the service staff and I cannot fault First Call Heating at all. They are professional, reliable and prompt. Just used them for a boiler service and the chap was polite, rang ahead when running ahead of schedule and completed the job with a minimum of fuss.

Even in these difficult times a call request late in the evening brought a prompt reply early next morning and a booking for the following day, with the request to call again if things got worse before that appointment. I did need to call again by lunchtime and within a few hours they had secured an engineer to come over the same afternoon. A very cheerful, polite, safety conscious James arrived and immediately got down to sorting out the leaking boiler. A clean tidy efficient job . In my experience of First Call, it would be difficult - if not impossible - to be critical of them in any way. I have always found them to be helpful, courteous and prompt over the 10 years I have retained their services. They even provided an emergency recovery service to a boiler at my daughter's property whose then current (but no longer) service company failed to carry out a repair.
I would have no hesitation in recommending First Call..
