Weather Compensation Report

Weather compensation is a communication between the boiler and an outside temperature sensor. The heat we generate to keep our homes warm gets lost through the fabric of the building, and the speed in which we lose it changes depending on the temperature outside.

Boiler Service & Repair Report

Boilers have a nasty habit of failing when least convenient. Most people will be familiar with the uncomfortable situation of having to take a freezing cold shower in the dead of winter. With regular servicing we can help mitigate the risk of boiler failure. Should the worst happen, we can be called on short notice to repair your boiler and notify you annually when a service becomes due to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Power Flushing Report

Power flushing is the introduction of clean water and chemicals into your hot water system in order to clean debris and sediment that can build up over time. If you've experienced radiators not heating up, cold spots on your radiators or you've noticed your boiler turning on, then off repeatedly it is possible you need your heating system power flushed.

Safety Inspections Report

After we fit a new gas appliance for you, we will notify your Local Authority as dictated by Building Regulations. They will then send you a Building Regulations Compliance Certificate. As a Landlord it is your responsibility to provide your tenants an annual Gas Safety Record.

No water was coming out of the hot water tap. Contacted the above, answered very politely. Come round on time. Diagnosed the problem very quickly. Repaired in no time. Left my bathroom very clean cleaner than what it was. Would recommend.

Great service and very prompt. Originally called out on Sunday as boiler not working. Quote given for call out which he kept to even though it was longer job that anticipated. Suggested service as boiler had never been serviced. The earliest day we were both available was Wednesday and arrived on time. Did a thorough job and replaced necessary parts. Explained why and what needed replacing. Also fixed a tap and leaking radiator. Will call again next year for new bathroom quote. Would highly recommend.

Excellent! My old water heater broke down, and Nick fitted me a combination boiler replacement, relocated in the kitchen. I thoroughly recommend Nick for all and any type of plumbing & heating works. He is clearly an expert in his trade with years of experience, which shines through. All the work undertaken was explained and agreed, the standard of work exceptionally high, results are neat and tidy.
