Impossible to reach anyone on the phone. They have call handlers to take messages only. I was meant to have my removal confirmed for 2nd-3rd 48h before. Instead got an email confirming the 1st which I’m away for. I had a telephone conversation with Dean Posser who confirmed the 2-3rd December window then they pretend they didn’t know despite him trying to follow up himself. Unprofessional attitude and communication, it is unfortunate I didn’t check the reviews before hand. Also, instead of investing in to improving their services they waste their time on Google reviews trying to deny every

Really happy with the service we received from Legend Removals on our move from the Netherlands to the UK. These guys were far cheaper than any EU based removalist company and went above and beyond to make sure we were well prepared with our transfer of residence application. We opted for the loading and unloading package as all of our stuff was already packed and everything was delivered within the same week. Update: All goods arrived safely and undamaged now. Comminication of the operations team could have been much better, nevertheless thank you for sorting this all out.
Pick-up of goods worked well, even though Legend only gave very short notice for an exact pickup date and time. Delivery to the destination is turning out to be difficult. All the necessay paperwork was provided in good time but the agreed upon delivery date was missed without Legend notifying me of the delay. It is now impossible to reach anyone at Legend on the phone, the phone number on the website goes straight to a third party

Not impressed at all by them. Commercial was so quick over thephone that I agreed on a deposit, without any info on how to change my mind. Then they sent me 2 non English speakers to do the removal of my belongings. One of them just started to load without thinking and asking or discussing in advance. At the end of his loading, they "discover" I had more (like be frame etc...) and said it would be an extra. All in all, I have to go back there pick up myself big things that could have been in the lorry instead of the carboard boxes, (so I need a big car) or pay an extra 1300 or more to have it done

They will be so quick to ask you for more money. Otherwise they are treating you to delay deliveries. It will take between 6-15 days and they will keep you in the dark.
They will change delivery date last minute (less than 24h before delivery) at their convenience.
Management is the issue here. People in the field are doing their best. Management will hide behind sales@, operations@ addresses and you will not have a direct line to reach them.
*Don't pay them upfront*. Ask for precise terms and them to deliver before paying fully.

We have used this company twice now. Initially London to Copenhagen and we just moved from Copenhagen to Winchester. Customer service was great. Scott was an absolute Legend in helping us with all our enquiries, organising and delivery. Robert was the removalist that came to Copenhagen and he did a fantastic job. I would also like to thank the removalist who assisted delivery (don't know their name). Moving was stressful enough and Legend Removals made moving our belongings the easiest thing we did. Very bad experience, stay away at any cost. Quoting attractively and promising the moon, then blackmailing the customers for more money claiming there is more weight than planned. Reality is that the booking is in m3 and they estimate weight with a low ratio kg/m3, and on top of that record higher than real weight for each item. Example my computer is recorded for 12kg whilst the official specs confirm 8.5kg, there is a bit of carton but 3.5kg?? that is 40% more. Besides they do not protect the floor of the house. Again, stay away!

I found this company via Google search and as their quote was competitive I booked and sent the deposit. I then made the mistake of reading the reviews and tried to cancel my booking as I had lost confidence in them. Unfortunately their policy is not to refund deposits so after speaking to Jack on the phone and hearing his side of the negative reviews, gaining advice on doing my research to ensure the paperwork is accurate, I continued with my booking.
As others have said the quote is based on weight and cubic metres of the goods. I researched weights online of comparable products, ie. oak beds

- Belongings have arrived safely from the UK to France (FYI it took about 8 days)
- Price is competitive
- Drivers are reliable and will call you ahead of collection/delivery which was important because the Operations Team wasn't very reliable, see below.
Cons:
- The company has been very difficult to reach at first (I'm aware Brexit and Covid are not helping obviously so it might not always be the case)
- The Operations Team didn't send us the collection time slot (hence the importance of the reliable drivers who were the ones calling us to say they were on their way

The delivery took a whole month for only 8 hours separating the two destinations (London to north of france).
I was forced to pay an extra £300 for the clearance of my goods without any warning. No communications about it, no idea what was happening, just on the day of delivery a new invoice.
After an e-mail explaining my dissatisfaction, they did a commercial gesture of deducing the price of £30 on an overall operation that cost me £1070. At this point I just started laughing.
If I could give no stars at all I would but it's one minimum sadly. I never give reviews but I think my hatred has
