Called to say they would be 3 hours delayed as van had broken down, then continued to lie about the ETA for up to 8 hours before I canceled and was left stranded with no moving van late in the evening. Managed to book an emergency van through another company last minute after being let down by West London Removals.
No contingency plan for a van breaking down, which is the life and soul of the business, is very unprofessional.
