Had Simon and his team move our 2-bedroom house. The team was able to come an hour earlier than scheduled, which was perfect for us. They were incredibly fast, professional and friendly. Everything was moved very carefully, even the heaviest items that they had to squeeze through narrow staircases. 10/10, will use again!

It was me the customer and your neighbour of 4 years that was trying to help guide your car through the space. Yes I walked off frustrated because :-
1) you were not skilled enough of a driver- you could have driven a tank through that gap
2) you could have used either of the other two gates to access your property from the other direction
3) I knew the tailgate of the removal van was already at its maximum angle given neighbours bikes in position
The removal men and service were second to none and deserved our thanks. Martin and Alex were gentleman and

I hired Happy2Move to move our furniture and boxes to our new flat. Alex and Martin were incredibly professional and efficient on moving day. I was particularly impressed at the speed in which they carried everything up to the new flat, which is on the second floor and has no lift. Affordable prices too - would highly recommend!

Rude and patronising. AVOID!
Their removal van was blocking street access to my house. They kept insisting that my car would fit through -- you can judge for yourself from the photo. I asked them several times if they could move their van back slightly, and was told no. One of the removal men kept trying to direct me to drive my car through and then wanted to drive my car through himself. Obviously I would not trust him to drive my car and he isn't insured to drive it. I felt this was somehow suggesting that it was my driving, not the tiny space, that was at fault.

One of the best customer experiences so far, from the beginning right till the end. The move was over 350+ miles, many hours, and the entire team did a great job - their efforts (especially) in getting the sofa into the house, was incredible! Please do not think twice, use this moving company other than the other cheaper alternatives. :)

Over the last year we have moved twice. Both times, Manny and the team have been excellent. Professional, efficient and helpful. I can't recommend them enough. Even with changes to locations and dates, Manny was extremely accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Happy2Move was very responsive to our requirements. We required a last minute change in timing and also had a strict schedule. Manny was able to accommodate it and saved us a lot of trouble.. Robert and Peter were the professional movers we didn't know we needed - a huge thank you to both of them, and Manny, for helping us break down, transport, and re-assemble our wardrobe and bed in RECORD time. They were patient, very fast, incredibly efficient, and an all-round pleasure to work with. I appreciated most that Happy2Move have one base rate that covers everything - no extra charges for stairs (we were on the 11th floor and if the lift wasn't working, some other companies wanted to charge an extra £5 per flight of stairs!) Overall, very happy with them.

Happy 2 Move were professional, extremely helpful and provided great value from money. Communication in advance of the move was great, and the team were really flexible. On the day, Karol and Stan took care of our belongings and helped us move seamlessly.
