The outer package of the pianos is very secure and in good condition. During this period of time, we kept communicating and working hard. For what to us seemed like quite a complicated 3 way piano-move, your team took it in their stride and made the whole thing very easy for us! Thank you for your professional service. I'd just like to say how pleased I was with the way in which your removal team handled the job at our school last Thursday.
The grand piano was delivered and set onto its A-frame in very little time. The men also had to move an upright piano up 3 floors and then bring down a very heavy Pianola, which I know was awkward to move and meant taking off a couple of doors. There was no fuss in doing this, they just got on with the job very professionally.

G&R provided an excellent service in giving us leads on potential purchasers for our Yamaha Baby Grand Piano. When we found a purchaser (at a very good price) they carried out the collection and delivery on our behalf with considerable care.
Having been impressed with the care that they took with the piano some months later we prepared to move home and obtained a very reasonable quote from G&R who were vey professional and attentive to our needs. We had hoped to use their services but a last minute delay in our sale prevented G&R from being able to undertake the work at no fault of their own.

G&R moved a piano from Scotland to England without any fuss at all from start to finish. They didn't complain when trees stopped them getting as close to the house as they would have liked, instead they just rolled up their sleeves and pushed the piano up the drive! They were so helpful and polite and I would highly recommend them to anyone. A really professional service.

I have used G&R three times now, all for home removals & I honestly can’t fault the professionalism of the lads at all. From the consultations with David in the office to the lads turning up & carrying out the job, it’s always one perfectly smooth & painless transition. They’re always so friendly & nothing at all is an issue for them, they always go above & beyond to make sure all of your possessions are properly secured & they really do just take away the fear & dread of moving home. Even though moving issues took matters out of our hands, and I wasn't able to use G&R for our house move and pianos, as I wanted to, I want to fully recommend David at G&R for his help. He was easy to get through to, friendly, very helpful, and inspired confidence that our possessions would be in safe hands, plus trying hard at every turn to accommodate us; I am sorry I wasn't able to give them business this time. Everybody else I had contact with in the team was equally great; thank you:)

G&R moved our house from Whitley Bay to our new life in the Dordogne and choosing them was one of the best decisions we made!
Accommodating, patient, friendly and so helpful, we could not have had a better service.
Not a single item damaged or broken, and so much enthusiasm and help, during torrential weather at both ends, didn’t dampen the guys spirits and nothing was too much bother!
Our house move date kept changing and yet G&R never complained and were at our house exactly when we finally needed them and the guys just grafted and grafted never complaining, and laughed and joked while caressing
