Worst Removal company ever
Please don’t trust this organization for any of your valuable items. Simply they don’t care or know how to do professional moving service. After paying full amount in advance and being told their movers will pack; I was greeted with two men with seemingly no experience of packing. Most if items were already packed except fragile ones. They did not have a single box or rapping material. To make matters worse the office was not open at 09:00am, when they finally managed to open the office the person who I spoke to could not be unpleasant enough. He even had the audacity

Was originally quoted £400 for our move. Ended up paying £1100! Which included paying £240 for time the movers spent on breaks! 10 minute breaks every hour. Started at 9 and 11.30 went for a “30 minute lunch break” which lasted 75 minutes! Took 2 and a half times as long as our last movers and quadruple the price! Definitely avoid them.

We hired Best Rate removals for our move on a very short notice. They were able to provide us with a bank holiday slot only 4 days beforehand at an incredibly competitive rate.
The workers helping us, Hassan and Nicolas did an absolutely amazing job at packing wrapping and transporting all the items in record time and we were all done by lunch time.
5/5 I will definitely be recommending Best Rate to my friends and use it in the future

The team sent to move us last week were everything you want your removal team to be; on time (early in fact!), careful with furniture, tidy, clean, courteous, hardworking, helpful and accommodating. They made our move go very smoothly. I would certainly recommend their services.

I found them online and they seemed to have very good reviews. I asked them and a few other removal companies for a quotation and decided to go with Best Rate. They were very professional, turned up on time, and worked very hard all day on removing our home. I think it was a bargain in the end, as we had so much stuff.

They were very polite and informative when I called to inquire. I decided to go with this service and was the best choice for me in years. I have moved many times throughout my life and there's only a few customer based services that I've experienced top quality service. They were very careful in wrapping up my cutlery and removing my furniture. They communicated well with me and my partner and our furniture and packages were delivered safe and sound. I will definitely used them again once my lease is over in a year or so.
