Services
Originally the business consisted of three brothers - Harry, Tim and Hugo, a wooden farm building and a determination to create beautiful and strikingly different pieces of furniture to the highest quality. They first worked together after Hugo's encounter with Kevin McCloud in 1989 quickly led to commissions for Christopher Neville, The Royal Opera House and Liberty of London.
When you purchase a Villiers, you are investing in a signature piece. Whilst we have existing designs and collections available to choose from, our furniture is made to order, and most pieces are customised. Villiers luxury lighting brings elegant warmth to a room, incorporating a unique shape and finish to reflect light in a perfectly considered way.

On this website you can see a wide range of designs, but we are constantly designing new furniture and working on new finishes. If you like an existing design but require a custom size, or if you prefer an alternative finish or special patina, please contact us. Most of our pieces have some customised elements.
We design and make our furniture in our workshop, close to the market town of Saffron Walden in north Essex. We are an hour's drive north of London and conveniently located near the M11 motorway, Cambridge railway station and London Stansted airport. We deliver our pieces worldwide and can offer various options for delivery and installation, according to customer requirements.
