Disorganised does not cover how messy they are to work with. You buy a relatively expensive kitchen like Nolte and you expect pretty good service yet you spend hours dealing with their chaotic way of managing a project even if they clearly are passionate about kitchens. They don't get back to you when promised so you spend hours chasing and their communication caused several expensive misunderstandings in our case....it is like you need a project manager just to manage them and to listen to their excuses. Clearly we were not perfect ourselves, but this is the 3rd kitchen we have bought in 3 years

Very poor communications, lack of ownership on installation and very poor customer service. If you are looking for a hassle free kitchen and bathroom design - I would suggest you go elsewhere. Surprised they have good brands being sold through Linear.
