We believe that our people are what makes Trustland so successful. We are a third-generation company owned by senior management and our board of 3 directors have a total of over 80 years of company experience combined. Originally founded as Trustland (Homes) Ltd in 1972 by Derek Barrington and Leslie Owens (Senior), the business has evolved throughout the years to reflect the diversification of various business investments.
Trustland have been appointed by numerous clients to fully manage their projects. We can undertake civil, structural, mechanical and electrical designs and also act as Principal Designer. Once design and specifications are complete Trustland are happy to manage the tendering process utilising our existing supply chain and any contract companies that our clients want to include.
Established in 2020 and backed by the professional resources of Trustland Construction, our special projects department was created to provide a dedicated and committed support service to our customers. Special Projects has the ability to provide the skills and experience of a large contractor including the highest quality construction management and standards of safety, with the flexibility, agility and responsiveness of a smaller contractor.
