Woke up Sunday morning to a dripping pipe beneath the boiler in my kitchen. Pool of water gathered. Panic set in. My wife researched online which company our neighbours recommended and Carters consistently popped up. I left a voicemail and emailed a request. Fiona got back to me and was very helpful and knowledgeable once I explained the issue. Luckily for me they were able to fit me in the following day. Adrian turned up and got straight to work. He let me know the issue as he was working away at it. The work was thorough and professional with no mess left behind. The price quoted is exactly what

Only a small job, and as such i thought i would struggle to get a gas engineer. I needed a gas hob disconnected and capped off as it was being replaced with an electric one. Phoned on Friday , done on Monday !

After 3 days without heating/hot water AND being let down by Gas & Air Technology Ltd, we called Carters for an emergency boiler repair on Saturday morning at 10:30, Steve arrived by 12:30 and fixed the problem within 30 minutes (faulty photocell). Our only regret is that we didn't call Carters sooner! Wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend to others.

Steve and Adam did a fantastic job. Our old heating system was beginning to tire and Carter's installed a brand new boiler, hot water tank, radiators and a hive thermostat. They guided us through the process from start to finish and were a pleasure to deal with. We won't be using anyone else in future.
