Thermal Plumbing And Heating started life in 2017 primarily working on gas heating systems, bathrooms and general plumbing.

Used this company for an annual boiler check, price quote was average and reasonable (cheaper than some big companies), got the job done within 3 days after inquiry - fastest response I've experienced so far. Job was nicely done, Ross is a friendly guy who can really explain things well. Certificate was sent on by email. This is a team of young engineers who are really passionate about what they are doing so will surely recommend!

We had Will and his team install a new boiler and relocate it to our upstairs cupboard, and honestly I couldn't recommend them enough! They were quick and efficient after the initial visit, and I received a quote quickly afterwards. I really struggled to get quote from lots of Norwich companies for the work but Will was brilliant. The work was carried out within 10 days, and done to such a high standard! Lovely engineers who were friendly to be around. All in all, wonderful!

Will, Louis and Calum fitted a comlete oil fired central heating system in my house. The installation had its challenges (large old floorboards sealed together with tar, etc.) but nothing was too much trouble-the workmanship and attitude to the job was exemplary, completely professional and you'd never guess that the new radiators hadn't always been there. I couldn't be more pleased with the result!

So our boiler packed up and we were stuffed, no heating, no hot water and no shower! Contacted Will, who got us quoted in a quick time and fitted us in just as quickly! The job was very professionally carried out, all cleaned up nicely and done in less than two days, and all at a very competitive price. And Will is a lovely bloke, and very easy to deal with to boot! Recommended!
