Fabulous from start to finish.
There was no pressure to buy, it was a nice informal chat about what we wanted, when I was given the price I was very pleased. It was a lot cheaper than what I was expecting.
I made an appointment for someone to come and measure and then a date was made for the fitting to start.
Gav came and was here Monday to Friday fitting all windows and my 2 doors, on his own, pay rise needed there I think.
We are very happy with the end result.

We recently had 2 windows, patio door & front door replaced in our home, we were recommended to BBH by a friend. After having 2 other companies quote for us we decided to get a quote from BBH.
I can honestly say BBH were by far the most favourable, not only for price, although it was much cheaper but the salesman that came to quote was punctual, extremely polite and friendly, but most of all not pushy at all! We were given one price, and told that if we decided to go ahead just to call the office, absolutely no attempt to try to get us to sign up there & then.
We decided about 3 months later
