Just had Rainforest out to rectify a manufacturers problem with the door. The windows and doors were fitted by Rainforest in 2014 and although the sealed units were out of warranty they had no problem coming out to replace the unit in the door, first class. Just finished replacing it and were in and out in a low key proffesional manner. Would recommend Rainforest and the team to anybody.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Rainforest Windows. We recently had fascias/soffits, windows and doors replaced by these guys and the communication, service and quality of work is first class. Nigel is a great guy and kept us informed every step of the way. Ryan and Wayne who did the work were a pleasure to have around and worked non stop. Extremely pleased with everything they've done for us.

I have often said that the further north one goes, the friendlier the people. Nigel at rainforest windows is proof of this!
He went above and beyond to meet with me in the first instance and evaluate the job that needed doing. He gave a fair quote and was willing to do the job around my chaotic schedule - and didn't bat an eye when plans changed suddenly!
The job was done to an exceptionally high standard with a smile and time to spare.
Rainforest Windows provided me with the most enjoyable experience related to buying a new property that I have had.

We recently had a new back door fitted by Rainforest Windows and found the overall service to be excellent.
The door was exactly as described and professionally fitted to give us an attractive, draft free secure door.
We would not hesitate to use them again and we are are now thinking of having other units fitted.

Having bought some internal doors we needed someone to install them.
We used Rain Forest Windows as a friend had said they also do internal doors as well as outside doors and windows.
We called and Nigel came to fit them (4 of them) He installed them to what only can be described as "to perfection" attention to detail was brilliant. The doors look like they were fitted by the house builder but even better.
He cleaned up after himself and left the place spotless, not many trades can say the same!
Will definitely use this company again, and will recommend to all I know. Very good service and
