Unfortunately, I did have a terrible experience with AC Kinetic Ltd. customer service & ended up with £80 sunk costs with no repairs done whatsoever.
To be clear - this is not the engineer’s fault, but because customer service is unorganised, unaccomodating, and aggressive.
Originally booked for a Wednesday morning 9:00-12:00, I explicitly said on the phone I need to leave at 12:00.
The engineer did not show up until 11:20 at which point I did make it clear to both customer service on the phone as well as the engineer that I won’t be able to do the appointment. As the engineer already had
