Originally established in Derry in 1994 by founding member John Quinn, ASI Chartered Architects are a Practice legally constituted as a Limited Company of 2 No. Directors and based solely in its Offices at 51 Clarendon Street, Derry City.
John is a Chartered Architect both with Royal Institute of Brtish Architects RIBA and also Royal Institiute of Architects of Ireland RIAI, with a background in social housing, , masterplanning and historic buildings having re completed the RSUA Cert in Historic Building Conservation.He is Managing Director of ASI Architects Ltd a Derry based Architectural consultancy for over 25 years.
John has successfully established tried and tested working relationships with a range of other professionals including urban designers, European academics, economists, and surveyors, . Simon is a Chartered Architect with Royal Institute of British Architects RIBA and also RIBA Association of Planning Supervisors, with a background in Residential including Special Needs Housing, Community based projects, Tourism & Hospitality & Masterplanning.

International experience in Conservation has allowed ASI Architects to observe and work with both legislators and academics with differing views experiences and methodologies in conservation, design and Town Planning and how they affect the built environment. We feel this experience helps bring a greater holistic approach to such issues when applying them in the local context.
