All commissions begin with an appraisal of client requirements and the site or existing property. We will advise on Statutory approvals required, procurement, timescales, contractors, other consultants, construction methods and costs and Local Authority charges. Alternative design solutions will be discussed, and a written project appraisal and client guide on the procedures involved will be provided.
