I cannot recommend the company enough. I was informed an engineer would be out to repair my leak and was given a time frame. Graham/Graeme arrived within that time, calling me to let me know he was on the way. He was very polite & friendly and was very efficient. Knew what he was doing and explained everything what he was doing. He went above and beyond and even corrected the previous engineer's mistake. Can't fault him in anyway.

After being let down by numerous gas engineers, one at exceptionally short notice, for a gas hob we needed connecting up for an elderly client of our own business, we contacted Highly Efficient Heating for help and they certainly didn't let us down. In less than 3 hours, the ever helpful and professional Paula managed to shuffle things around for us from the office, coordinating the equally efficient Allan the engineer to save the day, promptly and efficiently ensuring our client had their hot water, heating and a new gas hob all fired back up by the end of the day. Highly efficient heating recently replaced our boiler. I can't rate this company highly enough. The level of work and service was fantastic. They took a lot of care, were very thorough and ensured they tidied up afterwards. All the way through they kept us updated with what they were doing. Before and after they did thermal imaging on the radiators and we could see the difference it had made. After the work has been completed we can certainly feel the difference in the house. Will be using them again in the future for annual service.

The Highly Efficient team have designed and installed heating systems in my current and previous house. They've been excellent. I have a top spec heating system with great water pressure, instant heat and hot water in all rooms all managed by Nest, which they also took care of. All of the team are friendly, punctual, tidy (I've learned many trades are not) and clearly explained every step of the process. Didn't hesitate to come back for a few tiny niggles. Highly recommended regardless of budget. Great team. 👍🏻
