Parents spent £7500 on a luxury new bathroom fully supplied and fitted, expected time 1 week for job completion, took 8 weeks.
Tiler didn't turn up on few occasions was eventually told to get there the following day and finish the job then wouldn't be working for the company again, needless to say he turned up in foul mood, refused to speak to my parents and stomped about all day, he took the toilet out at 10am and left at 9pm saying he couldn't put back in so parents had no facilities to use.
Tiling wasn't done as agreed and specified around window and new tiler said couldn't be done as he

The work carried out for me was excellent, couldn’t fault the workforce and nothing was a problem. It was carried out with speed and efficiency and I didn’t even have to worry about any mess as everything was left in pristine condition. I can only rate this company as SUPERB and complete value for money. Their attention to detail is above and beyond what can normally be expected. I can certainly recommend this company and would not use anyone else in future.

In these uncertain times, its sad to say that people or maybe a rival company is putting on false reviews. In the past couple of weeks had 2 negative reviews put on about my company, and when I asked for a response from the 2 people responsible getting no feedback from them. I have no invoiced work for either these peoples names so either they are getting the wrong company or just malicious feedback.
