I had a new boiler installed at Heddon on the Wall, May 5th, 6th.
The two engineers, Ryan and Dale were absolutely first class. I cannot fault their courtesy, attitude and expertise. They were excellent and a credit to Koziwarm.. Best regards David Greensitt

Not even worth one star discussing attitude to customers if they can’t answer a question they hang up on you no job sheet or information of problem with boiler. My boiler went off this company came out and got boiler back on the boiler had no power so no hot water or heating they did come out the next day to sort problem but 24 hours later same problem happened unfortunately this was a Sunday when office was closed two hours it took me and insurance company to get through to out of hours number when finally got through was told no one can come out that day and to ring office 8am Monday so I did

Came out to my grans house to repair a boiler. Waited over 5 days for parts. Night of repair, we visited my gran to find her sitting in a cold house with no hit water or heating.
Logged another visit in with them for the next day and never turned up.
They said the job was cancelled as they rang the wrong number.
Wont come out and its Friday night and temperature is dropping below 0.
Terrible service again.
Didn't have the decency to ring the number that logged the new problem. Then blaming mis communication.
The family members who cancelled the job, have been reported for neglect of the gran
