FRONT AND BACK DOOR FITTED
Hart Windows and Glazing are a great team of people who go out of their way to provide an excellent service to their customers from the initial quote and survey to fitting the doors. The fitters worked really hard and were very efficient and cleaned up very well indeed. Walked into shop and said I was desperate to find someone to fit double French doors, they came back quickly with a quote and sent over surveyor promptly but surveyor could not confirm whether there was a lintel (surely that is the purpose of the surveyor visit?). When I rang for a quote including a lintel installation this was not provided and on a follow-up call I was told they were waiting for the builder to confirm a price, but then never heard anything further. If they are not interested in the job why can they not be honest. I would save yourself the bother and avoid this company and go somewhere

Came by our place to replace the hinges on a couple of windows. When leaving the house the person doing the job noticed our front door wasn't opening very well, which had been the case for years. Without charging anything extra he repaired it in a couple of minutes. Also extremely polite and pleasant throughout all the contacts I have made with them, but especially the person that came to our house.

I had broken hinges on my 15+ year old double glazing. One firm couldn't fix it, one didn't work in this area and another wanted to replace the windows. The lovely knowledgeable gentleman from Hart Windows looked, said what was needed and the cost very reasonable, they are fixed and as good as new. Thoroughly trustworthy!

They built a conservatory style extension for us. The literature they provided promised that Building Regulation Consent for the extension would be no problem. They sourced the roof from one company and the windows from a different supplier. When our building inspector wanted details of how it all joined together they couldn't or wouldn't provide it. So now we have an extension and can't obtain Building Consent. Won't be good when we come to sell.
