Our glass shop and showroom are open. On site quotations are possible and installations are continuing as normal, all in conjunction with government guidelines. The company undertook glazing work, specializing in servicing the demand for 'new build' housing. Continued growth over the years has seen the company branch out into all aspects of the glass and glazing industry including new and replacement windows, doors and conservatories.

Unresponsive and don’t listen
Asked for a quote via the website, they didn’t get back to me. Sent an email, they didn’t get back to me. Had to phone up to get someone to come and give us a quote.
The chap that came out did not pay attention to my wife. He kept telling us what style of window we wanted to have, even though my wife said we didn’t like that style.
He kept saying we should go for a cheaper option, even though we said we didn’t like the cheaper option and never mentioned anything about our ability to pay.
When we got the quote it wasn’t for what we had asked for.

Trades have been very busy and these guys had similar timelines compared to others. Pricing wide, they were roughly similar but they had magnetic seals instead of just plasticky bits between the door s. Guys were tidy and happy to remove shoes when asked. More importantly, used it for about a week and can't fault the install and quality. Looks good, well made and installed. Was initially worried with door width but turned out ok. The minimalist handle is a beauty. Thanks guys.
