I called this company to ask for a quotation for a kitchen on a development I am undertaking, the lady told me they only supply high end German kitchens and not in so many words asked me if I could afford a kitchen from them, needless to say I thanked her for her time and hung up. What a terrible response to a genuine enquiry, how does a company like this survive....

Going the extra mile. My elderly mother had a beautiful kitchen fitted 7 years ago by Kitchenology, which she has been very pleased with. However after a little mishap she needed a new fitted microwave. Hers had been discontinued. Jennifer researched a replacement and gave us the number to check with the technical department. Not sure where I would have started without Jennifer’s help. Thank you.

Our experience of Kitchenology was excellent. Kevin took time to understand our project and work though all of the design challenges presented by our small kitchen and utility room with excellent attention to detail. The timescales for fitting were realistic and we felt we got the premium and personal service we paid for in instructing a small business to deliver a high end kitchen project.

We wanted a good quality, stylish kitchen for our new open plan space achieved by removing a party wall to create a social family space. We visited a number of companies and chose Kitchenology because they gave us the quality we wanted with a great design that worked with our budget. The design worked really well with the support post in the centre of the island together with the heating manifold adjacent that required access. We had ceiling at two levels too where the wall between two rooms was removed and the fitter did a brilliant job managing the levels with the ceiling extractor boxing. During

We were very pleased to find Kitchenology in Bury St Edmunds. We immediately liked the various kitchen installations/designs that were on display in the shop. After making an initial enquiry, we were then invited to discuss our requirements further and various ideas were suggested. We were shown the wide range of worktops/drawers/cupboards that are available in different price ranges. Kitchenology also offer a range of appliances that are accommodated in the overall design. The standard and design of her Kitchen's are the best we've ever and Jen's attention to detail is second to none.

Kitchenology provided us with an excellent service and we are really pleased with the finished result. From our first visit to the showroom, through the different options of styles and materials to the final design. We chose a “clean” kitchen design in white to match the style of our house and the finished quality of the units and the appliances is excellent. Fantastic company to deal with - so glad I found them. Wanted a high quality modern kitchen and couldn’t find anything in Cambridge so ventured up to Bury and found exactly what I wanted. Jennifer was very helpful and spent a lot of time making sure everything was right. She also provided some ex display appliances to help me keep everything in budget. Everything ran smoothly with installation and it is so much better than I ever imagined. Well done – will definitely be recommending!
