Ian and his son Stephen have been amazing over the last few years. During this time they have supplied a fitted dressing room, small custom made office space, a large kitchen, laundry room, and large fitted office. Stephen in particular spent a lot of time listening to my partially sighted wife to ensure she could continue to enjoy cooking and baking. He sourced equipment which was best suited to her needs, and could even be controlled from her iphone! Woollards were recommended to me and I can't praise them highly enough. I've used them twice now, once in London, once in Bucks, to supply Mistral worktops. The worktops look stunning and Ian is a fountain of knowledge, and always so happy to help, to answer queries, go the extra mile to make sure his customers are happy. Don't waste your time going anywhere else, these guys really are the best and you can sit back and relax in the knowledge that you will get a great product, great advice and great pre and post service customer care.

We have just had our second set of wardrobes designed and fitted by Woollards. Good to see that in the nine years that have elapsed between the two projects the company's high standards are still maintained. The latest project was not without its challenges. A not quite square area meant extra work was required, and the installers had to add another morning's work to their schedule. Rather than being in a hurry to finish the job, their only concern was to ensure the work was completed to our complete satisfaction. Time wasn't an issue with either the two installers or their manager.

Thank you to Andrew and the team, fabulous kitchen, makes me smile everyday. Your patience and advice were invaluable in helping me achieve my dream kitchen. The attention to detail is amazing, the Bosch goods are so easy to use and very efficient, the vario colour match doors on the Bosch fridge/freezer just finish the job. Dave and Simon from DAC Eastern took great pride in their workmanship when fitting the kitchen, thanks guys for making the experience a great one ... onto the bathroom next - I would recommend Woollards of Mildenhall if you want quality, high spec and that extra mile of customer
