We had Liam out for a review on quite a large house. There was no hard sell, no pushing he was gentlemanly gave us the information we asked for. Gave great advice about doors etc. We had also got a quote from another company who use the exact same supplier as T and L frames and the other company was £2500 more expensive for the exact same thing!! The other company also called me 30+ times for an answer. Liam didn’t follow up for a hard sell, he just let me come back to them when we were ready to proceed.

Had all windows and doors replaced by T and L frames around a year ago and we are still waiting for one of the frames that was installed with a crack in the pvc to be fixed! Myself and my husband have spoken to Liam countless amount of times now and have been told he will get it sorted which he has not, fobbed off each time basically! Also paid in full on date of installation and am still awaiting some form of reciept? Very poor customer service to say the least. Never usually write a review but this is rediculous.
