Being on average one third the total volume of your dwelling, your existing roof space is a natural and green option for development. Our architectural consultant will call and survey any potential development you might have incorporating our Velux daylight to life concept, and we can advise on preliminary costings, free of fees.
The pictures above are a recently completed bathroom incorporating our daylight to life concept in South Belfast. The client wanted more light and space so the existing U04 was supplemented by a C02 allowing more headroom at w/c and more light cast at the shower area. All materials were locally sourced, excluding the Italian tiles, our design team sourced the flooring and bathroom fittings in Northern Ireland.

Had two velux windows installed in October 2021 in what used to be a dark kitchen. The difference is astounding. From start to finish, Welsh Property Developments were first class. Extremely professional, local family business with genuinely nice, highly skilled people who care about doing a good job. They called when they said they would, kept in contact, were very transparent about pricing and even quoted for different eventualties which meant no surprises. I cannot recommend this business enough. The guys were even giving me advice abolut other work in the kitchen, so helpful and friendly. Really

After one call to ask if WPD dealt with Velux roof windows! Simple answer is yes, their engineer Rory called in after a job in Belfast & within an hour he had the window fully serviced & it worked out much cheaper than I was expecting. All in all I can honestly say that WPD were a pleasure to deal with & I can not recommend them highly enough.
