CMAS predominantly provide architectural services to private clients who wish to carry out small to medium scale domestic architectural projects ranging from porches, garages and extensions to new-build dwellings. With our experience in small to medium scale residential construction projects we can confidently provide sound advice on all aspects of Planning Applications, Building Regulations (Technical Standards) and the construction process.

Process Report

Fixed Lump Sum: this will be based on an assessment of a well-defined brief and clear scope of work. Invoices would be issued on completion of each work stage, as agreed. Hourly rate: where the scope of work or level of our involvement is difficult to determine at the outset.
