Kathryn founded Cedar Garden Design in 2003 having qualified as a garden designer, horticulturist and gardening tutor. Kathryn combines her creative flair and passion for garden design with her love of community, drawing on her keen sense of spatial awareness to create thoughtful and innovative gardens for a variety of clients and environments.
Contacting a Garden Designer is a big step so we try to make it inspiring and worry-free. We don't charge for our initial consultation so that you are free to decide if this is the right decision for you. We will take the time to look at all the possibilities and gain an insight into the character of garden and landscape you prefer.
75 if beyond 25 miles. If you commission us to design your garden the 75 initial consultation fee is deducted from the design fee. All our garden designs are bespoke, so the design fee varies, based on a percentage of the estimated cost of the garden build. The design fee quoted will be broken down into stages and payment intervals will be agreed in advance of any design work commencing.
