I recently used this company to carry out a job however the job was not complete properly and is now in a worse condition. The company have refused to take ownership of this stating the man them sent does work for them however has his own company and on this occasion worked for himself! I find this a very poor excuse as it was Industrial landscape who I called, it was them that arranged the appointment and it was them who sent the worker. The worker had the full uniform on and gave me a quote on the job. I was not around when he carried out the work (or when he stood around) and it was a colleague

This is a brilliant job and they do there very best to keep all are costumers happy
