We will then visit you to discuss the proposals and advise you on the fees on obtaining the relevant permissions. Once agreed we will then carry out a site survey & prepare preliminary drawings for your comments/approval.
To provide a light and airy extension which overlooks the surrounding countryside and is large enough to be used as an artist's studio and sitting room. The footprint maximises the internal space by providing access from both the existing lounge and sitting rooms without encroaching too much into the garden, and provides adequate access around to the rear elevation.
To produce working design drawings for building regulation approval; based on previously approved planning drawings to convert derelict barns into a dwelling. The internal layout was designed to provide modern living facilities for a family within the shell of existing barns which were previously used as cattle sheds with attached storage facilities.
To provide a light and airy extension which includes a modern kitchen, dining & sitting area that overlooks the rear patio & garden. The depth of the extension was determined by the minimum internal dimensions, and to provide adequate space for a dining/sitting area within the extension; the design also included a redesigned kitchen layout within the existing kitchen area.
