L Spencer's have constructed numerous new-build properties throughout Lancashire, from one bedroom bungalows to seven bedroom mansions. The benefit of a new build property, is that VAT can be reclaimed on building materials, and in most cases, we don't have to charge VAT on our labour. We can help from the initial planning stages, and can recommend quality architects, structural engineers, and ecological surveyors to get plans drawn up.
Whether large or small, the L Spencer building team can add that extra space your home needs. Our most popular extension is for a larger kitchen/dinner - often knocked through from the original property. We can build single storey or two storey extensions with flat or pitched roofs which seamlessly blend with the original building.
We offer complete barn conversions from the planning stage to completion. Our services include internal foundations and insulated internal walls to strengthen the structure, concrete flooring with underfloor heating if required, sandblasting t bring the exterior back to life, a range of windows both large and small, and roofing services.

L Spencers built a fantastic two story extension on our house to add an extra bedroom and kitchen space.
