Two weeks ago, we received a call at 6:58AM asking for a locksmith, as 'someone' from the company has locked their keys inside the van. They booked the job on behalf of Prestige Property Services. When our engineer got there, he has been told that it is not needed anymore.
Obviously, as the job was booked very early in the morning, and no one has called the office to cancel the job, we require a callout charge to be paid.
