Carlec were recommended to us for the complete refurbishment of our newly purchased 3 story sea front property. The whole building needed to be stripped out and modernised. As this was something had experience of it could have been a very daunting and stressful experience. Working with Carlec however was an absolute pleasure. From the start we had a schedule of work and a timetable. Even though the timetable was tight (we wanted to be in before Christmas) everything was completed to deadline and cost. Any suggested work in addition to the contract was always discussed costed and agreed beforehand

Carl renovate my roof just recently.From start to finish, Carl was great to deal with. We were really happy with their work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
