Project Management Services Report

This division was established to manage the increasing number of projects we undertake in the absence of a Main Contractor or Third Party Project Management organisation. We specialise in all areas of project management and Crown Facilities staff carry all the required qualifications and accreditations to undertake any project regardless of size or scope.

Crown Commercial Service Report

For nearly 20 years Crown Flooring have operated a Central Government Call Off Framework. This new Framework issued by Crown Commercial Service (Formerly TBA/OGC/Buying Solutions) is regarded as the most direct & compliant route to market for the UK Public Sector.

Apuc Report

Crown Flooring have already enjoyed many years of successful trading within the Scottish Higher Education sector. This new APUC Framework will allow Crown Flooring to extend the benefits & best value we offer to other higher education based organisations across Scotland. Although a small number of other contractors will operate on the APUC framework, Crown Flooring lead the way as the only contractor represented in all 6 Regions.

Cpc Report

For nearly 20 years Crown Flooring have been regarded as the Public Sector Flooring specialists, not least in the Education sector. This new CPC Framework targets the Education sector across the UK but can also be accessed by the wider Public Sector.

In addition to our mainframe agreements (CCS, PFH, CPC, APUC) Crown Flooring have a large number of Client Specific Frameworks in place. Both Public & Private Sector organisations have Framework agreements in place with Crown Flooring, some are national, others regional or site specific.
