We understand that it's hard to plan your days off when you are expecting a fitting but unfortunately we can not give you an exact time that the fitters will arrive with you on the day of the fitting. We will always recommend that you ensure someone is available at the property all day so that there is no chance of you missing your fitting.

After finding the floor we wanted in store, we made an order and paid for the flooring there and then with the agreement that i would return 4 days later to pick it up once it had been delivered to the store. 4 days later (Wednesday) i phoned the store to check it had arrived so i could collect. The manager told me that the supplier doesn't even have this floor in stock and doesn't know when they will be getting another delivery of it!! I was then offered an alternative floor which would be delivered the next day, I refused as we had paid good money for the original chosen flooring. I left the

I bought a carpet for my stairs and landing, great quality and hard wearing. I bought it 12 months ago and it still has bounce when you walk on it. I've recommended Dreams to my granddaughter who is moving into a new house and she needs all the upstairs carpeted. Forgot to say the prices are very good and their fitter did an excellent job.

Went in towards the end of August, picked flooring for living room and back kitchen, plus a stair carpet ,told me the flooring that I picked wasn't in but would defintley be in by end of September, so waited 5 weeks ,to then go in the shop to pay a deposit on 2nd of October as carpet was getting fitted on Thursday the 4th and laminate flooring getting layed on Saturday the 6th ,but got told flooring was still on it's way from china, very unprofessional buisness and if I was anyone thinking of buying from dream floors I'd think twice,maybe it was best thing because while I was there a gentlemen

Would not give me an invoice or a warranty document even though I asked several times.
Had a problem with the laminate flooring where the planks would sink when you stepped on it. So when you walked into the room the TV would wobble. It looks like the laminate has buckled due to expansion. Would not answer calls or reply to texts to get this sorted.
I'm not saying that they do a bad job or that the products are bad but this was my experience.
