DO NOT USE! I called Leicester Budget Locksmiths on Saturday 4th December after locking myself out my car. They told me they’d be with me within an hour. After 75 mins they hadn’t turned up, therefore I rang them, they told me they would ring me back to let me know what was happening. They never did! I tried to ring back again but nobody answered! Basically leaving me stuck! In the end I got Green Flag out. Absolutely shocking leaving somebody stranded like that in horrendous weather! DO NOT USE!

Rob was a fantastic chap, my window would not shut and also a lock not working. I was due on a night shift with 2 young girls and a wife with my house insecure. He was with me within 30 minutes, replaced my window hinges, and lock. While he was there for no extra fee he even sorted out a cupboard I couldn’t get into that had bust. Rob is absolutely amazing, he showed up after 20mins and unlocked the door in a way that didn't damage the lock. I am really grateful. I had a terrible night - I rang 5 different places because it was so late someone said he would show up but left me waiting in a cold night for an hour without telling he wasn't coming. Thank goodness in the end I reached Rob, he gave me a quote on the phone and then turned up quickly and did the job nicely. I would save his number and recommend him to all of my friends.
