Morgans came out promptly, diagnosed the problem and took care to make sure I understood how to use the temporary solution they fixed for me. I was kept up to date on the progress of the order for the new part which was then fitted with the minimum of fuss.

Very good locksmith with expert knowlege of locks. I tried to adjust the upvc front door hinges and ended up locking my self out with the door locked and the locking mechanism not working. I called Morgans and they sent one of their engineers who sorted the problem out in no time at all. I was very impressed with the engineer's efficiency and expert knowlege of door locks.
