G&G Carpets was started in 1979 by the still current owner and MD Gran Daubney. Gran started in carpets straight from school as an apprentice carpet fitter before moving into sales and management with a major national company. G&G set out in Bolton with one shop it has now extended on both sides making a fantastic showroom with a dedicated Karndean sales area.

Gran started as a carpet fitter at the age of 16. His career in the carpet industry took him into a senior management role with a national carpet chain before starting G&G Carpets.
