Tough, durable and extremely effective, laminate floors offer a fantastic alternative to real wood floors, particularly when family circumstances or budget are a consideration. With its hard laminated surface, laminates floors can be particularly advisable for families with young children and where pets are concerned.
LVT offers a custom made unique finish. Unlike sheet vinyl flooring, LVT (luxury vinyl tiles) are sold in a variety of pre boxed sizes and are fully glued down to a prepared subfloor. Due to its versatility these floors can be fitted to virtually any requirements. If the size of the room is large enough, why not consider using either design strips or borders to give Your floor that extra wow factor.
Solid wood floors are made from one solid piece of wood and are commonly between 18 - 22mm in thickness. Solid wood floors are not suitable for installation using a floating floor method and require to be nailed down to a timber floor or fully glued Down using the correct flexible adhesive and a dpm paint when fitted over a concrete floor.
Three way cross ply construction - The base section has a piece of plywood running the length of the board, the centre core is made from soft wood and finally a piece of veneered hardwood is glued on top to form a ridged, stable floor. 2. Veneered - A plywood backed piece of veneered hardwood is glued on top to form a ridged, stable floor.

Just had my lounge/dining room also hall stairs and landing carpets fitted it's the first time I have used westbrook carpets and I have to say I have not been disappointed the staff in the store gave excellent advice they were very friendly and helpful, the fitters Dave and Mike did a wonderful first class job fitting the carpets and worked extremely hard I will definitely be using westbrook carpets again in the future thanks everyone for a first class service

Thrilled with the service. We had quickstep pattern fitted and really pleased with the quality. We had a few delays with our overall project and Westbrook carpets and laminates were very flexible and accommodating. We needed the floor screeding last minute and they bent over backwards and done an amazing job at a great price

From the first point of contact to the final day of installation, we couldn’t have asked for a better service. We initially contacted Adrian at Westbrook Carpets and Laminates 10 months ago in preparation for a proposed renovation project. No other supplier we contacted offered the same quality or value for money on Ted Todd Brampton Herringbone.

During April 2019 had a new kitchen installed and Westbrook Carpets and Laminates finished the job with a wonderful laminate flooring. We were so pleased with the professional way the laminate floor was installed that during November 2019 we have used Westbrook Capets and Laminates to install the same laminate flooring throughout the hall, toilet and study. The fitters were extremely professional and very tidy. Most impressive is the fact that the floor is fitted under the skirting boards without removing the skirting boards.
