The combination of personality, determnation and offering quality products met with great success, leading to the the business that exists today.

We cover an area around a 25 mile radius of Chesterfield, allowing us to take in places north of Chesterfield like Rotherham and as far down in places like Heanor.

Poorly fitting windows, water and air leaks. Hinges too weak to support opening windows, was promised correct hinges, kept visiting the manager for well over a year, he said Heatguard would contact me when they arrived, but he was waiting to get them at the right price! This was years ago, I'm left with unsafe windows that need replacing.I asked to see the owner several times but was told this was not necessary or possible. I wouldn't use Heatguard again.

Absolutely fantastic company. This is the third time we’ve used Heatgaurd windows for three different properties over 14years. Every time it’s been an exceptional service, no messing about, punctual work men and no corners cut. Over the years and numerous renovations and upgrades of windows etc this is the only company we’ve used time and time again. They never disappoint and the after care is brilliant. We’ve used Heat guard for new windows and doors, a conservatory and now the latest a new roof on an existing conservatory. They have all been fitted exceptionally well. Please see the photos

Phoned heat guard after receiving numerous flyers through the letter box advertising replacement panes and doors etc !
We needed some panes replacing and a new back door so I rang no one answered so I left a message! Never got a call back so I went onto web site and spoke to someone on “ live chat” and explained he said someone would ring me ! They did later that afternoon and I explained what was wanted ! He said (Richard ) I think not sure that he’d took my details and someone would get in touch to come and do a quote! Well once again no ones bothered to follow up!!!! Why post flyers and

We have a stable door on our kitchen, and contacted Heatguard as we wanted another on our garage entrance to the garden. After talking to them I decided to go for a Rock Door for added security and was offered a short delivery period and what I believed to be a reasonable price. The door arrived within the expected time and excellently fitted. Really impressed with their professionalism and would certainly recommend them to others, and will certainly use them again. Oh and by the way, you’ll need a tank to get into our garage now!

From our initial thoughts on whether we should consider having a new conservatory roof to actual completion took less than three weeks. Brilliant service of the highest quality from the Heatguard team, the installation team, Dean and Dale, being exceptional. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting a professional, hassle free experience. Many thanks for all your effort and hard work. We now have a well insulated year round conservatory.

Let's face it double glazing companies have not got the best of reputations!
However I must say my whole experience with Heatguard Windows has been very good.
The initial contact of the sales man calling at our house ( Mark, the boss) was great, a very polite non pushy chap, very knowledge and able to answer all my questions ..and I had lots! The quoted price was agreeable.
The product was fitted on the agreed date which we are very happy with.
It did require a small adjustment a week or so later, but again service was excellent.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Heatguard.
