The service was great from start to finish and at a fantastic price. After living in my house for 19 years i decided to get new carpets and I must say I'm blown away with how everything has gone. Jason was great and offered me a selection of carpets to choose from and gave advice on what I should expect. I have to say that after months of me getting ready to prepare my house for the new carpets on the day it was happening to fitters turned up on time and cracked straight on with the job. Bacon sandwiches at the ready they literally did not stop working, well done Stuart & Sam you did a great job

Was very happy with the flooring when put down, good product and good price, high quality karndean-style wood throughout my ground-floor. After 18 months, it developed lumps underneath - but, to their credit, Carpets 2 You returned to remedy, scraping away the bumps and lumps in the concrete underneath and relaying the floor. I think this could have been avoided by ensuring the floor was smooth when fitting, but I am happy it's now fixed. Quick and easy to deal with and very reasonably priced.

Polite, professional and affordable. Good service. Stuart was very helpful moving furniture around. Unfortunately the grippers on the stairs are spiking through and catch your heel and also the carpet is slightly twisted on the stairs. The gripper issue might be because it's a cheap carpet and a more expensive, thicker carpet would probably be ok.
