Having been in the building trade for more years than I can remember, I’ve used many companies nationwide. On this occasion I tried 6 different flooring companies, 4 didn’t return my call, and one emailed asking me to jump through hoops. But, Oakleigh Flooring (Ben) took the time to find the right product, call me and emailed to let me know availability and price. Delivery was as scheduled and no issues at all.

I just ordered some Altro flooring from Oakleigh. The prices seem good, and the flooring was delivered promptly and looks great. The exceptional thing about Oakleigh was the customer service. Ben quickly answered my questions that I had prior to ordering, and kept me fully informed all the way through to delivery, even down to asking me to let him know if the flooring did not arrive before 2pm so he could chase it up. Flooring arrived before lunch so did not need chasing but I cannot fault the customer service. I wish more companies cared for their customers the way that Oakleigh do.

Cheapest I could find for the flooring I wanted which usually means problems. Buy cheap, buy twice is the old adage but that couldn't be further from the truth with Oakleigh Flooring. Communication was excellent and Ben called me to discuss a potential issue with the order which was quickly sorted and the flooring arrived when he said it would. Delivery driver was helpful. Highly recommended
