Building Information Modelling (BIM) is the 3D Digital Management and Process used in Architecture, Engineering and Construction that allows for efficiency in Planning, Design, Construction and Management. The essence of BIM allows for the flow of data between the Design Team and Client through the stages of a project from inception to the whole life cycle of a building.

A Feasibility Study is critical at the inception of a project; it informs the client or investors of the probable success and risks of a development, including financial analysis, development options, planning conditions and GDV (Gross Development Values) targets. During the Feasibility stage, development options can be investigated without the need for a client to fully invest or mobilise the full Design Team.
