Martyn has over 38 years experience in architecture and has held senior positions in a number of well established architect's practices in Gloucester, before recently establishing his company in 2012. The Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) is the qualifying body in Architectural Technology.

Measuring and drawing up in CAD format the existing plans, sections, and elevations of your building to provide an accurate basis for the design work or where needed for record purposes. We prepare and submit Applications to the Local Authority/ Approved Inspector on your behalf including for Lawful Development Certificate, Planning Approval, Listed Building Consent and Building Regulations Approval.
